CDL Class A Truck Driver Needed Description: This job requires qualified Class A CDL drivers to oversee daily collection of waste tires. This position is responsible for the collection of used tires from customer facilities and transportation of the tires back to Lakin facility or drop yard. In addition to the tire collections, the driver also functions as the main point of customer interaction and records all transactions in accordance with company standards. Lakin drivers are responsible for driving to and from our customer locations and collecting tires with the assistance of a Helper. The shifts are an average of 10-12 hours a day, Monday to Friday and occasional Saturday and Holiday work. The job is physically demanding and we are looking for dedicated individuals who do not mind getting their hands dirty. Schedule: * Monday-Friday and occasional Saturdays * 40 hours per week, overtime is required Hourly Pay: * TBD Experience: * Drivers must have a current Class A Driver's License * Clean DMV record (less than 2 points, no moving violations or accidents in the past 2 years, no DUI's in the past 3 years) * Minimum 3 months Class A driving experience * Must be able to work overtime as needed * Must have common working knowledge of DOT regulations * Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. * Doubles endorsements is a plus. * If requested must be flexible with work schedule (willing to work night shift and Saturdays) The EXTRAS * Get paid WEEKLY on Friday's (Direct Deposit) * Local Work - Daily (Home Every Night) * Paperless Statements- online payroll access * Group insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision, AD&D, Supplemental life, and 401k) eligible after 30 days of employment * Paid Time Off * Company Paid Holidays; including your Birthday * Drivers work as a TEAM with a Route Helper * Free Uniform Service plus semi-annual shoe reimbursement program
