We invite you to start your career journey with us and look forward to hearing from you. Job SummaryThis role will serve as a Finance Manager/Analyst for our premier account in St. Cloud, MN. Reporting to our Director of Operations, the successful candidate should possess savvy business skills, be highly motivated, and the proven ability to establish excellent working relationships with various team members. This role will be on-site with our operations team. Key Responsibilities:Responsible for all cash handling proceduresReview of general ledger and balance sheetPerform reconciliation and analysis with extensive use of ExcelAnalyze financial results for both internal and external useTrack and maintain monthly P/L and fee balance sheet activitiesDevelop forecasts and budgets, identifying risks and opportunitiesResolve various accounting/reconciliation issuesFinancial reports: monthly, quarterly and annual reports, including but not limited to monthly and fiscal close, internal and external audit reporting, report preparation and distributionMaintain inventory and cost control proceduresPerforms related duties and special projects as assigned Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree preferred in business related fieldA minimum of 1-3 years of experience with financial reporting Accounting experience in foodservice or retail industry operations experience a plusAdept at planning, organizing and controlling complex processes as well as analyzing moderately complex financial informationExcellent verbal and written communication skillsSkilled at managing multiple priorities and relationshipsComputer skills and strong Excel skillsStrong analytical and organizational skills Apply to Chartwells Higher Education todayChartwells Higher Education is a member of Compass Group USAClick here to Learn More about the Compass StoryCompass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
