About the Position: As a part of the business development team, the Commercial Analyst will assist with researching, costing, quoting, and closing new business opportunities under the supervision of the Commercial Director. They will also play a role in maintaining existing customer relationships and working with other departments. We are seeking dynamic candidates with 2-4 years of experience in estimating/project costing with an interest in business development, or those with maritime experience who are eager to make a transition into a commercial role and contribute to our innovative team. Key Functions: • Track communications, proposal & quote status in Salesforce and update progress throughout the sales pipeline • Maintain database of customers’ account information through Salesforce • Evaluate and budget commercial opportunities across various terminals in the network • Create and manage dynamic and scalable costing models, able to be used for various unique opportunities • Produce rate proposals and quotes based on costing model results • Analyze market data sources to improve commercial strategy • Collaborate with key partners to identify opportunities and improve business results by developing financial models for a range of potential strategic and operational cases • Maintain communication with potential and current customers on a consistent basis • Additional tasks and duties, as needed Qualifications & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of related experience • Maritime or port experience is a plus • Estimating/costing experience is a plus • Understand basic accounting and finance fundamentals • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail • Ability to work independently and within a team and take on new tasks as needed • MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook proficiency • Experience with Salesforce is a plus • Self-motivated, adaptive and ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Travel, as required If interested please contact Kate Kelly, HR Director at kkelly@enstructure.com All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment and will not be discriminated against based on race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, protected veteran status, genetic information, marital status, gender identity or any other impermissible criterion or circumstance.
