DescriptionThe Sales Associate should enjoy meeting others, love working as a team and collaborating.The Sales Associate should be able to optimize the shopping experience through knowledge and attentive customer service to continually increase sales and productivity.The Sales Associates primary duties are, but not limited to:Drive Results: Assist in driving revenue by providing exceptional customer experience while balancing tasks. Understand company and store goals Customer Service and Product Knowledge: Proactively engages customers and assists in fulfilling their needs by building relationships and sharing product knowledge. Operational Excellence: Ensure that both the selling floor and backroom are clean, neat and orderly every day. Participates in processing of shipments, replenishment of the selling floor and additional tasks.Merchandising: The SA will assist in executing company guidelines to make effective merchandising decisions and hold store to standard. To achieve the responsibilities above, the Sales Associate must be skilled in the following competencies:1. Ensures Accountability: Holding self and others accountable to meet commitments.2. Being Resilient: Rebounding from setbacks and adversity when facing difficult situationsQualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalentAbility to work a flexible schedule; including, but not limited to, holidays, evenings, and weekends.Must be proficient in all duties and competencies listed above.RequirementsThe Retail Sales Leader is responsible for providing exemplary customer service and serves as a role model of best practices in sales and service. The Retail Sales Leader is responsible for overseeing the operational functioning of the store in partnership with the Store Manager. He/she holds an added leadership role and is expected to share knowledge, communicate goals and daily priorities, read and share store and corporate communications, and manage daily tasks. The Retail Sales Leader's primary duties are, but not limited to: Drive Results: Retail Sales Leader is responsible for knowing all aspects of store business and metrics; and in absence of store manager, is responsible for setting goals. He/she will drive revenue, proactively oversee the customer experience, maintain high level of customer service, execute opening/closing responsibilities per company standard. The RSL will provide support to employees through sharing knowledge and coaching to ensure that customers remain highest priority while balancing tasks. Customer Service and Product Knowledge: Proactively engages customers and assists in fulfilling their needs by building relationships and sharing product knowledge. Works closely with the store management to improve the customer experience and broaden knowledge to drive results. Operational Excellence: Responsible for ensuring both the selling floor and backroom are clean, neat and orderly every day. The RSL will have access to store funds and product and will be held accountable to follow procedures and keep accurate records. Participates and leads others in processing of shipments, replenishment of the selling floor and additional tasks. Merchandising: The RSL will utilize company guidelines to make effective merchandising decisions and hold store to standard. Training and Performance: The RSL will assist in the onboarding of new employees by providing customer service and operations training. He/she will assist the SM in the implementation of new policies, operational changes, and training. Participates in new technology implementation and training as requested. To achieve the responsibilities above, the Retail Sales Leader must be skilled in the following competencies: Ensures Accountability: Holding self and others accountable to meet commitments. Two or more years of sales lead experience preferred Demonstrate strong leadership, organizational and planning skills as well as effective management, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with technology required; computer-based training expertise is preferred. Ability to work a flexible schedule including, but not limited to, holidays, evenings and weekends. Must be proficient in all duties and competencies listed above.
