IT Services Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, attending networking events, and referrals. Research and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Sales Support: Provide support to senior sales professionals in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and quotations for clients.
- Client Communication: Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other channels to follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and gather information to support the sales process.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies. Share insights with the team to help refine our services and sales strategies.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and opportunities in the CRM system. Generate regular reports on sales performance.
- Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and industry expertise.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team, marketing department, and other stakeholders to optimize sales strategies and achieve sales objectives.
- Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals to contribute to the company's growth and success.
Key Growth Areas:
- Consultative Sales: Conduct in-depth needs assessments with clients to understand their IT challenges and goals. Collaborate with the technical team to create customized solutions that address client needs effectively.
- Presentation and Proposal: Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients that showcase the value of our IT services. Articulate the benefits of our solutions and how they align with client business objectives.
- Sales Negotiation: Negotiate pricing and contract terms to reach mutually beneficial agreements. Address client concerns and objections effectively.
Qualifications:
- Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in selling business to business services, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. IT services or technology sales a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Customer-Centric: Strong customer relationship management skills with a focus on providing exceptional service.
- Self-Motivated: Highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Negotiation Skills: Proficient in negotiation and closing deals.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address client needs effectively.
- Technical Knowledge: A basic understanding of IT services, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and other relevant technology solutions preferred.
