Job Description - OverviewWe are in search of an Kronos System Administrator for Workforce Central (WFC) and Attestation Tool Kit (ATK). As the Kronos System Administrator your responsibilities will include technical support, system administration, integration with other systems and data governance. You will also help implement Pay Rule Policies, Accrual Policies, End-User Access and Reporting. This position is in Oklahoma City. Primary Functions / Job Description Understand, configure and maintain Internet Information Services (IIS) Develop and maintain MS SQL Stored Procedures and FunctionsGenerate and maintain custom reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) Implement and support user security Set up and maintain Pay Policies Perform system configuration for WFC and ATK Create and maintain Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) interfaces Configure and support InTouch and 4500 model clocks Apply OS patches for SQL and application servers Install and upgrade Kronos application software Produce training material for end-users and conduct training Job Description - RequirementsExperience programing skills in SQL Stored Procedures and Functions Firm understanding of the Kronos application and database structure Ability to create and maintain custom reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) Knowledge of system configuration for WFC and ATK Ability to apply and verify OS patches for SQL and application servers Ability to install and upgrade the Kronos application software Four years of Kronos administration experience Preferred Skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Exhibit a business minded approach to problem-solving that involves collaboration and rapport building with teammates Ability to interact comfortably with all levels of management BENEFITS: Competitive WagesMedical, Dental and Prescription Benefits401(k) Program with Company MatchPaid VacationPersonal Paid Time Off (PPTO) Employee DiscountLife Insurance and Long Term Disability Insurance (LTD)Flexible Spending PlanHoliday PayIntegris ''The Clinic at Hobby Lobby'', including a Pharmacy on campusChaplain Services on campusHobby Lobby Stores, Inc., is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.For reasonable accommodation of disability during the hiring process call (877) 303-4547.
