Kronos System Administrator Specialist

We are actively seeking a skilled Kronos System Administrator Specialist to join our team, focusing on Workforce Central (WFC) and the Attestation Tool Kit (ATK). In this dynamic role, you will provide vital technical support, oversee system administration, ensure seamless integration with other systems, and uphold data governance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain Internet Information Services (IIS).
  • Develop and manage MS SQL Stored Procedures and Functions.
  • Generate and customize reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
  • Implement and manage user security protocols.
  • Set up and maintain Pay Policies.
  • Conduct system configuration for WFC and ATK.
  • Create and oversee Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) interfaces.
  • Configure and support InTouch and 4500 model clocks.
  • Apply OS patches for SQL and application servers.
  • Install and upgrade Kronos application software.
  • Develop training materials for end-users and conduct training sessions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of four years of Kronos administration experience.
  • Strong programming skills in SQL with a focus on Stored Procedures and Functions.
  • Deep understanding of the Kronos application and its database structure.
  • Proficiency in creating and maintaining custom reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
  • Knowledge of system configuration practices for WFC and ATK.
  • Experience in applying and verifying OS patches for SQL and application servers.
  • Ability to install and upgrade Kronos application software effectively.
