Job Knowledge Problem Solving Teamwork Customer Orientation Interpersonal Skills/Communication Development of Subordinate Business Knowledge Job Requirements Minimum: Previous Customer Service experience. Previous manufacturing operations experience. Strong verbal and written communication, solid problem solving & decision-making skills. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree and a strong working knowledge of SAP and MS Office. Additional Information: The Customer Service role requires flexibility and adaptability to accommodate the ever-changing industry and customer demands.
