Preparing and filing tax returns

Responsible for company travel and event planning

Reviewing financial statements for accuracy and legal compliance

Enter accounting related information into business logs

Inspect account books for efficiency and accuracy

Organize and update financial records

Recommend ways to reduce costs and enhance revenue

Perform monthly bank settlements

Prepare documentation for external auditors

RESPONSIBLITIES:

HR functions including onboarding new hires with technology and site-specific implementation

Support construction site purchasing including establishing subcontracts, new vendors, waivers, W9s and COI

Manage truck fleet including maintenance and insurance

Process email orders, maintain drop ship and backorder status

Manage company travel

AP experience - invoice processing, facility expenses, per diem expenses

Payroll

Marketing experience with trade shows - including print, email, web and social media campaigns
