that offers a distinctive environment not commonly found in skilled nursing facilities. From our hotel-like environment to our all-private suites, the Avenue is committed to providing an excellent level of physical, medical, emotional and spiritual support in an environment of comfort and respect. Our facility provides some of the areas highest level of rehabilitation, nursing and medical support to individuals needing post-hospital care and services. We are looking for a committed individual with a reputation for being cheerful and friendly as they administer care to our residents.
Responsibilities:
Maintain an effective, organized, efficient payroll system to meet the needs of the facility.
Prepare and submit accurate, complete payroll reports on a timely basis as required.
Reconcile timecards
Keep informed in all local, state and federal requirements related to payroll record keeping and human resources
Maintain accurate, neat, organized employee files in accordance to federal regulations.
Act as a liaison to the employees and administration.
Conduct human services in accordance with the established policies and procedures of the corporation in compliance with federal, state, and local governments.
Enforce facility personnel policies and procedures.
Maintain facility/group medical and ancillary insurances.
Maintain accurate OSHA files in accordance to current regulations.
Organize and conduct general orientation
Actively recruit for open positions within the facility
Plan and execute employee engagement programs
Complete PBJ quarterly
