Titled internally as a Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, and providing a world class customer experience through the deployment of onsite inventory management solutions. This role is responsible for evaluating, planning, and managing client implementations according to opportunity assessment and qualification guidelines. This includes coordinating the efforts of team members, customer contacts, and other parties according to plan. You will play an integral role in driving profitable growth and developing market strategies that align with the organization's strategic plan. This is NOT A SALES ROLE

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Own the program sales cycle activity and effectively manage the project from assessment through implementation on all inventory solutions offerings
  • Accountable for maximizing profitability for participating customers within defined qualification KPIs
  • Present Magid inventory management solutions to current and prospective customers
  • Make joint sales calls with Magid field sellers
  • Consult with customers on program best practices
  • Support and facilitate quarterly and/or annual business reviews
  • Lead ongoing management of participating customer contracts
  • Fully leverage ManageEngine, Monday.com, and other software tools to perform all aspects of daily business within defined KPIs
  • Prepare all necessary program set-up documentation and send electronically via Docusign within defined KPIs
  • Annually review underperforming accounts and develop recommended action plans in conjunction with sales and/or sales operations
Magid is working a "Hybrid" workweek schedule meaning 3 days a week in the Romeoville (IL) office, 2 days remote. You must be able to commute to Romeoville as required and/or as needed.

Requirements
  • 2-3 years of account management experience and/or project management experience
  • Sales management support
  • Ability to develop and maintain business relationships
  • Ability to problem solve and provide analysis
  • Strong Interpersonal Communication and Collaboration skills
  • Industrial vending or inventory solution experience preferred
  • Strong MS Office skills
