We specialize in developing sound retirement strategies, and our Planning & Relationship Manager is often the first point of contact with potential clients. As such, this role is the most important mechanism we possess in creating and maintaining lifelong client connections. This position is ideal for someone who can focus on the details while switching gears often, and who wants to gain experience in financial planning while learning the life cycle of the business.If youre looking for more than just your next job and want to contribute to an organization with integrity, ambition, and a sincere desire to effect lasting change, please apply today for immediate considerationJob ResponsibilitiesHelp manage front office operations in a small business environmentService client needs as determined through client and/or Financial Advisor interactionAssist Financial Advisor with client communications including phone calls, email, and meetingsBuild and maintain a positive and professional relationship with client base with the main focus on service, operations, and client satisfactionAct as a primary point of contact for incoming clients and maintain positive relationships with existing client baseAssist in developing annual client review materialsMaintain accurate and complete client information in databaseCollect and house all client documentation and other materials with confidentiality and careAct as liaison between content providers and customersInteract with operations team on all case requirements and follow-upDevelop and maintain written systems of all activitiesParticipate in daily morning advisor meetings and trainingAttend all training and information-sharing meetings scheduled for the operations teamAttend firm client events when appropriateAdhere to all company and industry supervisory guidelines and policiesOther duties as assignedSuccessful Candidates Must Have :Bachelors degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or similar field preferred (or commensurate career experience)Experience working in a professional office environmentExperience working with a Financial AdvisorExperience working within the Financial Services industry is preferredKnowledge of Financial Advisor office tools (i.e. Orion Redtail, SalesForce.com, Client Works, QuickBooks, Retire Up, E-money, etc. preferredStrong usage of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and OutlookExcellent interpersonal & communication skillsExcellent attitude and an extraordinary client service orientationA genuine interest in serving and caring for other peopleExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to handle multiple tasks with precisionAnalytical and research skillsAbility to troubleshoot and problem-solveDesire to provide the highest quality of serviceHigh level of attention to detailWhat We Offer :Aggressive compensation and opportunity for growthPaid trainingA workplace with fairness and integrityAbility and encouragement to learn financial planningCompany Description Peak Retirement Planners, specializes in helping individuals develop sound retirement strategies.
