ACCESS offers multiple instructional learning environments to help students find their path in education and provide individualized, targeted, and differentiated instruction with standards-based curriculum and assessments. ACCESS is committed to individual student success. We are looking for dynamic professionals to serve as our Restorative Justice and Wellness Specialist, they will develop, plan, and facilitate restorative justice and school wellness programs, activities, and services for at-risk youth. The Restorative Justice & Wellness Specialist will conduct and facilitate restorative circles and provide safety and security at the school site. The incumbent will need to collaborate with the administration in developing a comprehensive wellness program to establish school programs as well as connect with community outreach programs to reduce gang violence and risky behaviors. A typical way to obtain the knowledge and abilities would be: - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in health, human services, social work, instruction, or related fields. - Two (2) years of responsible experience in direct service and coordination of restorative justice and/or youth development programs.
