GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
•Conducting research, analyzing data, identifying trends, testing, and implementing new program managements processes.
•Drafting new or revised SOPs, Program Management Templates, Workflows, Org Charts and Infographic tools.
•Assisting program managers with the development of schedules as well as tracking metrics.
•Identifying and resolving issues and problems.
•Analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of operations and programs.
•Preparing and presenting reports and recommendations via MS Excel, PPT & Word.

PROFICIENCIES
•Advanced technical skills in MS Suite and Salesforce, required.
•Proficient technical skills in Lucid, Tableau, CANVA preferred but not required.
•Excellent communication, interpersonal, and report writing skills.
•Strong organizational and time management skills.
•Strong analytical, creative, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
•Track record for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on programs.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
•Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or equivalent experience in a related field.
•2+ years of experience as a Program Administrator, Management Administrator, or in a similar role.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This is a stationary position that requires frequent sitting (approximately 95%), repetitive wrist motions, grasping, speaking, listening, close vision, and the ability to adjust focus. It also may require occasional standing, lifting, carrying of 20lbs or less, walking, kneeling, bending/stooping, twisting, pulling/pushing, and reaching above the shoulder. Employees in this position must be physically able to efficiently perform the essential functions of the position.

SALARY

$27.00 - $35.00/Hourly, depending upon experience and location
