We understand that many people are anxious about dental treatment, so we created a soothing environment and a scheduling system that never keeps you waiting long. Combining the latest technology with traditional techniques gives our patients the best care. Our ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. We are looking for a quick learner with a can-do attitude. Someone organized and detail-oriented will thrive in this role. Only candidates who can work full-time Monday through Friday, should apply. Responsibilities: Assist in delivering a distinctive patient experience in person and over the phone. Answer phones, schedule patients, check patients in and out, collect co-pays, and update patient demographic information in the patient management system. Perform front office duties such as refilling the coffee machine and checking bathroom supplies. Keeping patient waiting area cleaned and stocked with supplies Ability to communicate to teams when their patient has arrived in a friendly and prompt fashion Collect co-pays and patient balances in person and over the phone Utilize patient communication software to send out patient confirmation Additional duties as needed to assist with other dental teams within the location Requirements Previous dental front office experience is required Dental Assisting experience is a plus Basic computer knowledge Denticon software experience is a plus but is not required Working knowledge of dental billing and insurance protocols Excellent customer service and leadership skills Ability to multi-task efficiently Excellent computer and typing skills
