Closing Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
•Leading their team to deliver a remarkable guest experience during their shifts
•Completing purposeful set ups to put the right people in their spots
•Monitoring labor and making necessary adjustments
•Support other leaders
•Execution of huddles to ensure all team members are on the same page
•Knowing the correct way to handle guest problems
•Proactively checking behind team members
•Monitoring the grounds and inside of the building before, during, and after shift
•Daily upkeep of quality assessments
•Completing daily and weekly cleaning list
•Leaving the restaurant better than what you found it
•Coaching the behaviors of all Team Members on their shifts.
Those behaviors are:
o Hustle that creates a surprisingly fast Speed of Service
o Execution of systems that ensure a refreshingly clean environment
o Proactive thinking to anticipate the needs of the guests
o Cash management best practices
