We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Financial Analyst to join a growing company finance team. The successful candidate will assist in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, and will play a key role in supporting our companys financial health and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports, forecasts, and budgets. Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Collect, organize, and maintain financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness. Utilize financial software and tools to analyze large datasets.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Support the budgeting and forecasting processes by providing relevant financial insights and data analysis.
  • Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and modeling to support strategic initiatives and decision-making processes.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to interpret and manipulate large sets of data.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
