Financial Analyst

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and be responsible for conducting financial analysis, preparing forecasts, and assisting in strategic decision-making processes. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently and collaboratively to achieve the company’s financial objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support business decisions, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and profitability analysis.
- Prepare detailed financial models and forecasts to predict future performance.
- Analyze financial data and trends to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable insights.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to management.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines.
- Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
- Develop financial analysis tools and techniques to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assist in ad hoc financial projects and analysis as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
- Experience with financial analysis software (e.g., PowerBI, Salesforce) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
