JOB DESCRIPTION -
We are seeking an experienced Resident Engineer to provide dedicated on-site technical support and video conferencing expertise to one of our key accounts. Responsibilities include developing testing/validation processes, troubleshooting incidents, resolving issues, creating support documentation, training personnel, processing RMAs, assisting with deployments/upgrades, and maintaining asset management data.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years video conferencing experience with Poly products and third-party devices
- Experience with Poly endpoints, Microsoft Teams, Poly CloudConnect, Clariti
- 4-5 years customer service experience in direct customer-facing role
- Knowledge of H.320, H.323, SIP protocols
- Strong problem-solving, documentation and training abilities
- Poly certification (PVCE) or networking certification (WCNA, CCENT, Network+) preferred
