$60,000.00 To 100,000.00 Annually Position The Senior Sales Executive(SSE) reports directly to the Director of Sales. The SSE

must understand complex computer, software,and networking systems as it relates to Cloud Computing; to include hardwareconfigurations and their uses, software applications, and networking. SSE mustpossess exceptional critical-thinking skills necessary to evaluate the needs ofScaleMatrix clients and customers and determine how product offerings andoptions meet those needs. The SSE must possess superior communications skills,and be capable of utilizing these skills in a variety of mediums; to includewritten proposals, sales quotes, contracts, and presentations to all levels of clientmanagement Most important of all, the SSE must possess the ability to turnleads into signed contracts with an exceptional high closure rate. Responsibilities Meet monthly/annual sales targets and sales funnel growth targets.

Deliver presentations of products at customer sites, via Webex and at conferences and exhibitions. Demonstrate product offering at customer sites. Attend trade exhibitions and user group meetings. Maintain company’s contact management database with accurate, up-to-date contact and activity details. Produce monthly sales reports. Maintain personal timekeeping on a daily basis. Provide feedback from business community and potential customers to enhance product performance and service delivery. Support product development by testing new product releases and acting as a Senior User. Identify and make contact with potential customers. Respond to sales requirements from existing and potential customers. Maintain contact with existing and potential customers to promote sales and deliver detailed account plans. Ensure effective internal communications both within the Sales, Customer Support and Marketing team and across the organization. Seek to continuously improve employee relations with particular regard to the provision of efficient communications to facilitate product development and issue management. Motivate all staff to share pertinent information about the market to facilitate the ease of recording, retrieval and use of information. Report to and meet with the Head of Sales at a minimum of once per week. Facilitate links with professional and regulatory bodies and commercial organizations. Utilize the resources of the Sales Department for the cost effective delivery of Sales to company. Qualifications Strongcontacts within potential client organization from similar sales experience. 5-yearsrelated technical sales experience required demonstrating increasing salessuccess. Computer hardware or network infrastructure salesexperience preferred. Superiorcommunication, customer service and writing skills. Able to communicate complex technical issues, with exceptional

presentationskills . Excellentorganization, communication and problem solving skills. Self-motivatedand adaptable to be able to work with minimal supervision. Demonstratedability to close sales at exceptional high rates given quality leads andcontacts. Education Requirements BA/BS

in Business or Computer Science

orequivalent experience.MBA a strongplus.
