**Job Title: Foreman**

**Job Description**

Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Foreman to lead in the identification and development of long-term, owner-direct relationships. This role involves actively seeking new service opportunities, producing detailed estimates and proposals, managing projects including labor scheduling, and cross-selling a variety of mechanical and fire protection services. The successful candidate will work with the Contracts department to secure service contracts and maintain the high level of service and quality that our business is known for.

This is a fully on-site position in Coraopolis, Pennsylvania.

**Work Environment**

On-site management and in-office environment. Must be comfortable with travel as needed. Client-facing daily.
