Responsibilities Work with structural engineers in developing and delivering high-quality structural solutions for our automated storage/retrieval and modular systems.- Reviewing and performing structural designs, calculations, drawings, specifications, and reports for compliance with codes, standards, and client requirements- Coordinating and collaborating with other engineers, project managers, and clients to ensure the alignment of project objectives, timelines, and budgets.- Providing technical guidance and support to the fabrication, installation, and testing of structural components and systems.- Conducting research and development activities to explore new technologies, materials, and methods that can improve the performance, efficiency, and sustainability of our structural solutions. The Ideal Candidate A master's degree or higher in structural engineering or a related field.- At 3-6 years of experience in design and analysis of structural engineering projects, preferably in industries with modular, scalable, custom-fab steel structures.- Experience in cold-formed steel design.- FEA experience (IdeaStatica, Ansys, SAP2000, ETABS).- Strong seismic design and analysis (dynamic, nonlinear).- Revit experience.- Exceptional engineering, problem-solving, and project management skills.- Strong visual communication skills.- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.- PE license preferred.
