Job Description

Administer HR policies, procedures, and programs related to areas like recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training, leaves, compliance, etc.

Provide HR guidance and resolve employee relations issues in a timely and professional manner

Conduct workplace investigations regarding grievances, complaints, or policy violations

Coordinate performance review processes and make recommendations for performance improvements

Support managers on employee disciplinary actions, terminations, and offboarding

Facilitate training programs and professional development opportunities

Ensure HR practices and policies comply with labor laws and regulations

Maintain accurate employee data and personnel records in HRIS

Assist with benefits administration and open enrollment processes

Support other HR projects and initiatives as needed

Our ideal HR Generalist will have:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

3-5 years of combined recruiting and HR generalist experience

Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, employment laws, and HR policies

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across the organization

Effective problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution abilities

High level of confidentiality, tact, and professionalism in handling sensitive matters

Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills to manage multiple priorities

Proficiency with HRIS, ATS, and Microsoft Office suite
