About the Role Mass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Resource Nurse in Vascular Surgery. As a key member of our operating room team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the delivery of high-quality surgical services. Key Responsibilities Provide expert nursing care to patients undergoing vascular surgery, including pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care. Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient surgical procedures. Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety. Requirements Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Minimum of two years of experience in an acute care hospital, preferably in a surgical or vascular surgery setting. Strong clinical skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
