The Process Engineer position is a mixture of hands-on, shop floor improvements with long-term capital project management. The Process Engineer will become a leader of their designated processes, equipment, and operational rhythms to best evaluate and implement advancements. The Process Engineer is responsible for assisting management with the analysis of production processes and procedures and improving equipment sustainment and reliability.
