The Broker Experience Associate will play a key role in supporting customers A strong candidate will have a proven track record of success in loan sales and thrive in a growing, fast-paced environment. They will be driven, passionate and flourish in a customer service role that is exciting and dynamic.
Responsibilities
* Handle phone calls as our broker partners call in for assistance with home equity loans
* Assist broker partners to complete new registrations and confirm understanding on steps taken to complete the registration process
* Assist with the Spring EQ broker portal administration such as creating new accounts, resetting passwords, etc
* Field questions regarding the broker portal, loan status, and guidelines
* Provide exceptional customer service on a high volume of broker phone calls and communications
* Familiarize yourself with our products, policies and processes to provide the best service to our existing and prospective customers
* Complete various administrative tasks in a timely manner to support our sales and operations teams
Qualifications
* Associates, Bachelor degree or equivalent experience preferred
* 2+ years of mortgage or home lending experience required
* Excellent customer service skills
* Strong technical skills
* High degree of patience
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
* Self-starter mentality with the ability to solve open ended business challenges
* Enthusiastically contribution to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
* The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding goals as an individual contributor
