About the job: Conduct BP/SC/Radiation audits per business need Provide training together with supplier risk & compliance manager Support as competence staff to perform other consulting services per required Assist with different types of reporting data Work as an ambassador for supplier R&C Secure all audit requests are registered Track all audit results upon receiving audit reports Update the local law/legislation Identify and develop business needs for coaching/education Support sourcing contract owner with following up knowledge and skills Maintain good communication/relationship with people from the Com. Groups to assist and monitor following up performance as requested What you know: Knowledge: Legislation Knowledge in labor practice, EHS, Business ethics, sustainability Basic knowledge in production, the supply chain, quality management, and risk management SA8000 certified auditor is preferred Supplier development background is a plus Auditing experience according to the standards like those in social accountability, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 is an advantage Above bachelor's degree or equivalent level Skills: Good communication skills in both English and Chinese Computer skills, incl. effective Microsoft Office skills for both internal and external reporting and presentations Auditing skills with interviewing, report writing, and CAP following up SA8000 Auditor certificate is a plus Interpersonal and communication skills Attitude: Risk orientation and effective communication timely Willingness to follow and implement the requirements defined in the supplier risk and compliance network Detail-oriented, objective, fair-playing, and structured approach Ability to remain calm in frustrating situations and maintain stable performance without supervision Personality: ethical, mature, professional, accurate, responsible, dedicated, team-player Travel frequency is up to 50%
