Key Responsibilities of Customer Service Representative:

Order Management: Utilize ERP systems to create and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Customer Setup: Set up and maintain customer accounts, ensuring all details are accurate and up to date.
Vendor Purchases: Coordinate with vendors to manage purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Administrative Support: create and update records, answer phhones, prepare documents, etc.
Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and transactions within the ERP system.
Qualifications of a Customer Service Representative:

Experience: 3+ years in a customer service role within a manufacturing environment.
ERP Proficiency: Strong experience with ERP systems (e.G., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) for order processing and inventory management.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
