We pride ourselves in having a culture that promotes a balanced life/work approach.Key Responsibilities:Provide project leadership from concept design through construction administration phases in a range of project types.Guide and mentor junior team members through project design phases.Represent the firm in client meetings and marketing pursuits.Demonstrate experience with a range of system types and an interest in continuing to learn.Requirements:10+ years of experience in building systems design and leading design projectsStrong communication skills, both written and verbalA PE is requiredA PE is required Knowledge of Revit, Load Calculation Programs, MS OfficeAbout the FirmSMMA remains one of the area's most unique design firms due to its composition, reputation, and focus.
