We are looking for a highly-skilled loan processor to join our top-producing team and work alongside our loan officers and loan team. This position requires a unique mix of customer service skills, plus the ability to manage loan files from beginning to end. Effective communication skills are essential for building relationships that help us to obtain future business. Responsibilities

•Assemble loan documentation as required necessary for verifications and underwriting such as loan files, loan packages, credit reports, and additional mortgage application paperwork. Process a loan from start to finish with care, compassion, accuracy and speed
•Follow up and respond to customer and in-house inquiries on transactions as needed in order to provide superior customer service
•Check all loan package documents for complete accuracy
•Learn all aspects of a process from lead to funding - utility player
•Assist with administrative duties as needed such as making and screening calls, booking appointments, etc
•Ensure data integrity and security is managed within company software systems

Qualifications

•At least 2+ years of loan processing in an office environment required. Experience working with a mortgage broker is preferred
•In the office position
•Highly motivated, detailed, and goal-oriented with excellent customer service and communication skills
•Comprehension of loan financing for government and conventional products
•Preferred degree in finance, marketing, or similar studies. A high school diploma or equivalent is required
•Proficiency in MS Office is required; CRM, AUS and ARIVE software experience is preferred
