Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and motivated Sales and F&I (Finance and Insurance) Manager to join our dynamic team The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales goals, extensive knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures, and a passion for training and leading others. This hybrid role involves overseeing a team of salespeople, supporting customers in their vehicle purchases, and managing finance and insurance processes to ensure the highest profitability and compliance with all regulations.

Main Responsibilities
Sales Management:
Hire, train, and develop a team of automotive salespeople.
Coach salespeople on best practices for closing deals and provide mentorship to enhance sales performance.
Set sales goals, track progress, and lead the team to achieve and exceed those quotas.
Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospective customers.
Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles.
Finance and Insurance Management:
Provide recommendations and assistance to customers to arrange financing for their purchases.
Present customers with additional product offerings to enhance their vehicle and ownership experience..
Accurately desk deals, submit deals to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and effectively close deals.
Ensure every deal is fully aligned with local, state, and federal guidelines.
Prepare paperwork, contracts, and deliver deals.
Qualifications
Previous dealership and management experience required.
Leadership skills with a genuine passion for training fellow employees.
Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
Quality customer service, communication, computer, and basic math skills.
Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures.
Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability.
Well-versed in title laws and the registration process.
Clean driving record & valid driver's license.
