WORLD . The ideal candidate for this role is an outside the box-thinker who doesn’t hesitate to dive in, learn new skills, and investigate better ways to operate at every chance. Under the supervision of the National Sales Manager, you will provide support to growth initiatives by being an ambassador in the local community by building relationships with healthcare Providers, community organizations, and strategic partners. You will also achieve desired sales goals through prospecting and finding new business opportunities for multiple business lines within the Nuwell family. *This is an on-site position. Must reside in Metro Detroit area* When you become our next Business Development Specialist you’ll take on: Development, implementation, and execution of an effective sales strategy to achieve targets. Demonstrate ability to develop, maintain and grow a sales pipeline – be a self-starter. Prospect engagement strategy to create trusting relationships with local contacts in the healthcare, social, and overall business channels within territory. Recruitment and retention of services most needed by our patients to provide the best care. Deliver a high level of sales and customer service to prospects and community partners Advocate for the customer by reporting back findings accurately and respectfully to the healthcare team Accurately forecast sales performance 3-6 months out through development of local relationships and EPIC business strategy Designer of creative marketing programs and systems to maximize effectiveness and achieve targets Doing other stuff too, because all of our EPIC Warriors are
