Salon associates are an essential part of our team. Our associates directly assist our clients and help ensure that they receive the most enjoyable experience while visiting our salons. Our associates focus on educating clients on the services we offer, the benefits of premium skin care products, and the goal of making everyone who visits, look good, and feel great.

Seattle Sun Tan has been in business since 2002. We have 50+ Locations through out Washington and Idaho. We pride ourselves on teaching our employees skills that they will utilize in every career, and every day life. Our employees learn sales, face to face customer service, multi-tasking, organization, and much more. We are one of few companies who teach management, and allow management with out experience. We pride ourselves and building strong individuals who are very successful with us, as well as successful in life skills. Responsibilities and Duties - Sales Associate

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Assess customer needs and provide assistance and information on product features
  • Maintain hospital level cleanliness by completing daily routines
  • Follow and achieve department's sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
  • Remain knowledgeable on products& services offered and discuss available options
  • Process POS (point of sale) purchases
  • Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
  • Build productive trust relationships with customers & co workers
  • Comply with inventory control procedures
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
  • Ability to perform under pressure
