Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual? Do you have experience managing a team and ensuring smooth operations in a warehouse setting? We are currently seeking a Warehouse Manager to join our team. As a Warehouse Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficient handling of inventory and materials. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment Supervise and lead a team of warehouse personnel, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with purchasing and production departments to maintain optimum stock levels Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of equipment and facilities, coordinating repairs and replacements as needed Ensure accurate and timely record-keeping, including maintaining inventory databases and generating reports Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity through process optimization and automation Requirements Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software Knowledge of health and safety regulations and experience implementing safety protocols Ability to analyze data and generate reports to drive process improvements Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure Our team offers competitive pay ranges and incentives and our process is EASY This is an immediate opening so reply today and we will reach out to discuss further details.
