Job Description: We are looking for a friendly and dedicated Entry Level Customer Service Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring their needs are met. Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist customers with product information, order tracking, and problem resolution.
