HR Generalist

Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks, including Payroll, Recruiting, HR management, implementing HR policies, administering employee benefits, and all other general work within HR domain.

Responsibilities

  • Knowledge and ability to process Payroll
  • Help team members with benefits administration
  • Develop policies and help implement those policies
  • Foster best practices to develop Company Culture
  • Support VP of HR and Legal with Day to Day Tasks
  • Recruit and bring the best talent to the team
  • Resolve problems and issues with providers and team members

Qualifications

  • Skills in Human Resources (HR) management and policies
  • Experience in employee benefits administration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Relevant certifications in Human Resources and experience in talent acquisition or performance management are also desirable qualifications.
