I have an opening for Support Center Representatives for my client in Fort Worth Texas. This is a full time permanent roles with full benefits and 401k match. The ideal candidate will have some sort of remote troubleshooting experience, have excellent over the phone skills, the ability to deescalate issues for customers, or have technical training in a school / trade school environment. The hours for this role will be 12 AM 8 AM or 4 PM - 12 AM with some weekend work. Candidates will need to be open to working either shift. Starting pay for this role is $20.80.

Efficiently handle remote troubleshooting for users through diagnostic techniques and relevant inquiries. Offer optimal solutions based on user-provided details and guide them through the resolution process via phone or email. Serve as the 1st point of contact for technical assistance. Manage incoming support requests related to internal software and system, promptly recording data in ticketing systems. Handle inbound and outbound calls with active listening and effective communication. Conduct thorough research to address customer needs and provide solutions. Ensure issue resolution through follow-up communication. Promptly escalate complex issues to management. Proficiently use technologies like Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365 Administration. Demonstrate flexibility in working variable shifts and maintain composure in stressed or emergency situations. Effectively multitask, prioritize, and manage time according to company policies. Consistently promote and adhere to the company's culture and essential behaviors. Maintain regular and predictable attendance and punctuality. Perform additional assigned duties.

Qualifications:

  • Solid understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other technology products.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • High School Diploma.
  • At least 1-2 years of computer/call center support experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows, Server, and Office 365.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively.
