Position Summary / Career Interest:
Clinical Program Coordinators assist in the planning, implementing, and direction of various programs such as Acute Coronary Syndrome, Comprehensive Stroke Center, Congestive Heart Failure, Concussion, Epilepsy, Inpatient Rehab, Cancer Center, Neonatal Medicine, and Employee Health programs. Responsibilities include data management, statistical analysis, maintaining regulatory standards, and promoting program growth.
Responsibilities:
Perform professional, clinical, and technical competencies
Act as a liaison to medical and nursing staff
Assist in peer review processes
Ensure regulatory standards are met
Facilitate community relationships
Lead clinical activities and oversee processes
Market and promote programs
Participate in multidisciplinary teams
Provide input on strategic plans
Support quality of care and performance improvement
Collaborate on educational programs
Understand workflows and care processes
Ensure compliance with program policies
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Required:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
BLS Certification or obtained within 14 days of hire
Minimum two (2) years clinical experience
Current active multistate RN license or active single state RN license with proof of application for multistate RN license
Staff hired before 2/1/2024 must obtain a multistate RN license by 3/31/2026
Preferred:
Master's Degree in Nursing
