Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team This position serves as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. Responsibilities Include: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. Assist customers in navigating products/services and provide accurate information. Resolve product or service-related issues in a timely and effective manner. Ensure a positive customer experience throughout all interactions. Identify and analyze customer needs to offer appropriate solutions. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution. Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully addressed. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Input and update customer information in the company's database. Stay informed about the company's products, services, and promotions. Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers. Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to resolve customer issues. Share customer feedback and insights to improve overall service quality Follow established company policies and procedures. You Must Have: High school diploma or equivalent; some college education is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations. Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software. Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
