- Work with PM on pre-construction set up and project schedule. - Responsible for the project daily reports and weekly job progress meetings and communicating to the appropriate parties. - Provide a 3 week manpower look ahead and manpower requests. - Create task sheet details working with the PM and crew leaders. - Manage the health and safety plans for the project. - Responsible for proper layout of the work in progress. - Maintain an organized, clean jobsite. - Communication with subs, suppliers, field personnel, project managers, and clientele. - Manage the project according to the construction schedule and update the PM on a daily basis with changes. Develop short interval (3-6 week) schedules based on the project schedule. - Coordinate subcontractors and materials in conjunction with the construction schedule. - Responsible for quality control of the work in progress. - Work with the foreman and PM on task sheet management.
