As a Commercial Superintendent, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing project execution, ensuring client satisfaction, and upholding our company’s core values. Coordinate with team members and subcontractors to ensure timely and successful project delivery. Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and addressing concerns promptly. Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve project workflows and efficiency. Implement new procedures and technologies to enhance productivity and quality. Daily Team Meetings : Conduct daily check-ins with the project team to review tasks, address challenges, and provide guidance. Monitor crew performance and offer support as needed. Safety Management: Prioritize safety on-site by enforcing safety protocols and providing regular training to crew members. Maintain a safe work environment to prevent accidents. Quality Assurance: Oversee quality inspections to ensure workmanship meets company standards. Address any deviations promptly to maintain project quality. Change Management: Handle changes in project scope or client requirements effectively. Collaborate with stakeholders to find solutions and minimize project disruptions. Collaborative Approach:

Work closely with team leads to plan and execute project tasks. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages teamwork and innovation. Versatility and Adaptability: Collaborate across different departments and adapt to various work environments. Demonstrate flexibility and versatility to meet project requirements. Requirements: Commercial/Residential construction, with a proven track record of project management success, is preferred. Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and stakeholders. In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
