BS degree in supply chain management, logistics or business administrationProven working experience in a manufacturing environmentInventory Control & ManagementDrive Continuous ImprovementLean ManufacturingProficiency in the implementation and use of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems.Materials ManagementStrong IT/systems background.Experience in shipping and receivingSupply chain and inventory management systemsInventory, cycle counts & production variancesPurchase supplies and materials according to specificationsDevelop, lead and execute purchasing strategiesTrack and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectivenessMonitor and forecast upcoming levels of demandSkilled at negotiation and networkingUnderstanding of forecasting and budgetingStrong project management and leadership skillsExcellent communication skillsProficient in MS Office
