BayCare Clinic Cardiology is looking for a Patient Services Representative to join our team in Marinette, WI. We're looking for a compassionate, thoughtful candidate who wants to contribute to a positive experience for all our patients. We are looking for an individual either for 20 or 40 hours per week. The typical hours for this role are Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. may occasionally be needed at 7:30 a.m. No Holidays No Weekends

BayCare Clinic is a successful, dynamic group comprised of 19 specialties. We are a physician-owned entity with joint ownership in Aurora BayCare Medical Center, a 167-bed hospital located in Green Bay, WI, offering us a built-in referral base. Each of our specialty practices have clinical autonomy and are financially sound.

Our cardiologists offer preventive cardiac care, heart disease management and strategies for a heart-healthy lifestyle. The cardiologists have developed a comprehensive program that brings the most advanced cardiac services to our community.

The Job:
- Greets and checks in patients.
- Assists patients in filling out patient forms.
- Answers phones, takes messages, routes calls when necessary.
- Develops patient charts.
- Enters pertinent information into patient charts.
- Schedules patient appointments and testing.
- Collects co-payments from patients.
- Performs general office duties.
- Respects and maintains confidentiality.
- Works in a safe, HIPAA compliant and ethical manner at all times.
- Other duties as assigned.
- A minimum of a high school education or equivalent.
- Post high school coursework in Medical Terminology and/or Office Assistant is appropriate.
- Must have a working knowledge of medical terms and health insurance.
- Must possess strong desktop computer skills.
- Experience with EPIC is preferred.
- Prior experience in a medical setting is preferred.
