Title: Tier 1/Tier 2 Helpdesk Analyst Location: Canonsburg, PA - 5x on site Duration: 6 Months Responsibilities: Provides documented break/fix solutions to resolve interruption or performance degradation issues Proposes and evaluates new service offerings, advocating customer requirements and perspective and maintaining alignment with the IT roadmap Provides timely and accurate updates of asset management records as a result of incident resolution, service request fulfillment, physical inventory/audit, and refresh activities including status, location, assignment, and others. Must-Have: Looking for a senior resource, with experience in tier 2 support 5 years of experience as a helpdesk analyst with SCCM, Exchange, Outlook, Windows OS Support 300 on-site employees with helpdesk-related issues Supporting hardware/software requirements including Windows.
