Job Summary:

We are looking for a proficient communicator who can take our external marketing strategies and company initiatives and develop a highly effective internal communications and marketing to drive both efficiency and impact within our internal sales teams. Role will require creating a process and developing scalable support materials for managing inbound and outbound communications and may require implementation of a digital tool to support.

Responsibilities:

  • Establishes an internal communications strategy in conjunction with senior leadership.
  • Ensures Company initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders.
  • Plans, edits and writes content and develops visual presentations for a variety of internal communications to be deployed across relevant channels, including Company intranet, forums, events, training seminars, etc.; storyboard and direct creative team as needed for communication materials.
  • Manages a team responsible for inbound and outbound communications to internal stakeholders, as well as customers.
  • Works collaboratively across multiple teams, including Sales, Product Management, Operations, Human Resources and Training
  • Delivers impactful internal presentations and training materials that inspire action.
  • Drafts messages or scripts from senior executives for presentation to employees in written, spoken or video form.
  • Ensures internal communications messages are consistent across all channels.
  • Ensures internal communication messages are consistent with external communication messages.
  • Responds to feedback from staff and adjust communications content accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, Marketing or Related Field
  • 5+ years in a mid to senior-level communications role
  • Experience managing a team responsible for inbound and outbound communications
  • Must be proficient at PowerPoint and presentations
  • Must be a proficient copywriter and communicator
  • Experience external communications and public relations a plus
  • Has a history of driving change management
