Position Overview
As a Recruiting Manager at Oxford Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our recruitment strategy and building an outstanding team of recruiters. You will be responsible for identifying, hiring, and developing top talent, as well as enhancing our internal recruiting processes for increased efficiency and effectiveness. Your responsibilities will encompass all aspects of inside sales, including lead generation, referrals, and managing the recruiting administration.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and coach a team of recruiters to meet and exceed hiring goals.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and align recruitment efforts.
Drive improvements in recruiting processes, tools, and technologies.
Establish and monitor key performance metrics and goals for the recruitment team.
Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
5-10+ years of demonstrated management experience in staffing/recruiting.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in recruiting software and tools.
