Responsibilities:

Conduct follow-ups with patients and efficiently schedule recall appointments.
Present and assist patients in accepting treatment cases.
Utilize your knowledge of insurance to ensure patients maximize their benefits.
Minimize patient balances by accurately setting expectations and optimizing insurance utilization.

Ability to overcome objections and find solutions for patients, ensuring their satisfaction.
