Responsibilities:

  • Conduct follow-ups with patients and efficiently schedule recall appointments.
  • Present and assist patients in accepting treatment cases.
  • Utilize your knowledge of insurance to ensure patients maximize their benefits.
  • Minimize patient balances by accurately setting expectations and optimizing insurance utilization.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to overcome objections and find solutions for patients, ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication skills to establish rapport with patients and provide clear information.
  • Self-motivated and driven to set and achieve goals, maintaining a proactive approach.
  • Open to self-reflection and coaching, continuously seeking personal and professional growth.
  • Comfortable discussing financial matters with patients.
  • Meticulous attention to detail in handling patient information and maintaining accuracy.
