Stronghold is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee all HR functions in our dynamic company. This position encompasses a wide range of responsibilities including payroll, benefits administration, HR compliance, and overall human resources management for a workforce of 50-100 employees. The Human Resource Manager will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation and strategic alignment of HR services to support our business goals.

Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all aspects of human resources operations including payroll, benefits administration, and HR compliance Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that effectively service a mid-sized company Manage the recruitment and selection process to maintain a high caliber workforce Lead performance management and improvement systems Act as a point of contact for employment relations and address any employment issues Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance Manage both onshore and offshore workforce requirements, particularly coordinating with our office in India to ensure effective collaboration and productivity

Qualifications / Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong supervisory and leadership skills Ability to adapt to the needs of the organization and employees Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and talent management systems

Education / Experience Requirements: Minimum of 5-7 years of HR experience in a leadership role within an organization of at least 30 employees. Experience managing a mixed onshore/offshore workforce. Strong familiarity with PEOs such as JustWorks or Greenhouse, ideally within context of financial services, investment funds, energy companies, or law firms. Proven ability to oversee all HR functions including payroll, benefits, administration, and compliance in a mid-sized company. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage and resolve conflicts. 3+ years of experience in Labor Relations and Employee Relations SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly desired Strong organizational and time management skills with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
