Job Summary:
The Human Resources Manager at Raines Co. is responsible for managing all aspects of the company's human resources functions. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and ensuring compliance with all employment laws and regulations.

Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time, individual contributor role with a salary between $60,000 to $70,000 per year, paid biweekly. The Raines Co. also offers a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for recruitment and retention of top talent
- Conduct interviews and make recommendations for hiring decisions
- Implement and oversee performance management processes
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Serve as a liaison between employees and management to address any employee relations issues
- Manage and administer employee benefits programs
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal employment laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Participate in the development and communication of HR policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a management role
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Preferred Experience:

- Bilingual - Spanish
- Payroll, ATS and HRIS systems such as Paychex, Efficenter, Isolved, Hireology
- SHRM CP or SHRM SCP certificate
